game scene automatically shrinks

I made a game and then tried to run it. Then I opened the exe file The problem is that if the windowed checkbox is true the computer automatically set the screen size to 320x200. Also I have an another problem. Whatever the screen size is I cannot see the full screen **only** in the first scene What should I do? Please help!
